“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

Maintenance and development

Maintenance, development and support for your website or system

Three plans to keep what you already have running and growing: preventive and corrective maintenance, development in deliveries every 15 days to a month, and support so your team knows how to use the system. Each plan adapts to the hours, availability (business hours or 24/7) and budget you need.

  • Maintenance
  • Development
  • Support

Three separate plans, because each one solves something different. Combine them based on what you need today.

MaintenancePreventive and corrective: server and database monitoring, backups, updates and security patches.
DevelopmentNew features in deliveries every 15 days to a month, with the team the work needs.
SupportSomeone who teaches your team to use the system, answers their questions and routes fixes by priority.

Questions about Maintenance and development

What does the maintenance plan include?

Preventive maintenance: we constantly monitor and review the database, the processor, RAM, disk and the health of the libraries your site is built on. And corrective: when there's a problem, we fix it, whether it's an outage, restoring data from a backup, updating libraries or applying a security patch.

How much does maintenance cost?

It depends on the hours contracted and the availability: business hours or 24/7. There are different levels so you pay for the coverage your website or system actually needs.

How do the development plans work?

With your requirements we estimate the time and define the arrangement (part-time or full-time), the urgency and the budget; with that we decide how long it takes and how many people work on it. We split the work into deliveries every 15 days to a month. The team varies by project: developers, QA, project manager, product owner or marketing.

What is the support plan?

Support for the products we deliver. A support person teaches your team how to use the system and answers their questions, during business hours (24/7 costs more). When something needs fixing, they pass it to a support developer, who handles it by priority: urgent (the system is down or data is at risk), high, normal, low (copy or visual details) and usage questions.

How much does support cost?

It depends on the profile you need: a customer support person, a support developer or a mixed plan, half support and half development, which we don't recommend for very large projects. It also depends on whether you need it during business hours or 24/7.
